I participated in testing of the Actuate 6
Limited Production (beta) release. I can help your
organization to upgrade your existing Actuate system to the
latest e.Reporting technology as soon as Actuate 6 has been
officially released for general availablity. |

My specialty is working with a client's IT and
software development staff to get them up to speed on the
Actuate reporting products as quickly as possible. The
objective is to make sure that the client's staff builds the
skills necessary for successfully launching and maintaining
applications that use the Actuate e.Reporting Suite for
information and active content delivery. |

I am available to do on-site training. I can
build course content that meets your specific needs and that
focuses on the topics your developers are most interested

Actuate Report Development

If the client does not have the internal staff
or skills required to build Actuate-based information
delivery solutions, I am available to build reports to the
client's specification. If the client does not yet have
clearly defined requirements specifications, I can
also do the business analysis and requirements capture that
proceeds report development. I can work on-site at the
client's location, or where practical, can work off-site. I
normally work on a hourly basis, but I am open to working on
fixed cost projects in situations where the requirements can
be clearly defined before development begins. |

Your staff may already have the skills
required to build Actuate reports, but may not yet have the
experience and depth of knowledge required to build useful
and effective class libraries and frameworks. I can build

Phone/Email Support
|

Your staff may be getting comfortable
with Actuate report development and you may not be able to
justify the cost of having an Actuate consultant on-site on
a full time basis to provide developer support. I can work
out an arrangement to provide phone and email based
"life line" support on an ongoing basis. Sometimes
your developers will get stuck and just need to know how to
get over the current hurdle. Having someone more experienced
point them in the right direction is often all they need. |
