I graduated from the Polytechnic Institute of New York in 1985 with a B.S. degree in
Electrical Engineering. However, computers have always fascinated me, which is one of the
reasons I minored in Computer Engineering. Since I am a creative person by nature, the
flexibility afforded by software systems always impressed me, and so as soon as I hit the
job market, I focused on the software side of computing. The pages on this web site detail
the experience I have gained during the past 14 years that I have worked in the software
